I spent 15 years at ExxonMobil in senior corporate roles — leading advocacy, reputation, and regulatory initiatives across North America and across diverse African markets, and coordinating complex crisis responses that kept operations running and institutions intact in high-risk environments.
I then founded and built my own companies, learning firsthand the operational grit it takes to protect value when you don’t have a major’s infrastructure behind you. Today I work directly with CEOs and boards of mid-market upstream oil & gas and energy-infrastructure operators. My focus is singular: protect and defend enterprise value at the moments that test it most — transactions, capital raises, and major operational events. I bring the standing capability the majors keep in-house to companies that need it but don’t maintain it on staff.

In my subsequent tenure as the founder of Caritas Communications, I built a premier advisory firm that became a trusted partner to organizations in the energy, finance, technology, healthcare and infrastructure.
